The Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia, PA aims to bring together the past, present and future through six interactive exhibit zones, including four areas specifically designed for children 3 and younger. The neighboring half-mile Historic Track is a National Historic Landmark and is the oldest harness horse track still in use in the United States. The Old Stone Fort Museum is actually a collection of historic buildings on the museum campus. Throughout the year they hold historic reenactments and events to bring you back to Revolutionary War times.
Step back in time to the 19th century at Old Sturbridge Village in Sturbridge, MA. This replica of a 19th-century rural village features costumed historians, antique buildings, water-powered mills, and a working farm.
